Nikki Bella is considered to be a veteran superstar in the Women’s Division history of the WWE who has worked with the four-horsewomen in the past. Perhaps she was impressed the most with the caliber shown by Sasha Banks. The longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion had a ton of praise for the current SmackDown Women’s Champion who believes the latter is a legit star.
By 2014, Sasha Banks came into the WWE from the indies and managed to make a name for herself in NXT. The Boss’ character was evolving Nikki Bella was running things on the female main roster. Banks would eventually go on to land on the main roster and have a face-off with the Bellas for a one-off feud. Apparently, she had her eyes on Banks from the very early stages.
While recently speaking to the Pretty Big Deal podcast, Nikki Bella said that she was aware of the fact that Sasha Banks was going to be a huge star even before she debuted on the main roster. Bella went on to detail that Snoop Dogg’s cousin had it all in her to become a Superstar. She is pretty much perfect starting from the moment her entrance music hits an arena.

“I’ve always called it about Sasha Banks. Since the day she debuted, even right before she debuted. She has it all, what you look at in a WWE superstar. She’s an incredible wrestler and an entertaining superstar. The minute she hits the ramp and comes through the curtain, you’re just locked in on her,” stated the former champion.

Nikki Bella could still return to action
Nikki Bella has not stepped foot inside the squared circle since her loss to Ronda Rousey at the WWE Evolution pay-per-view main event match, back in October 2018. It is being rumored that she could appear as one of the surprise entrants in the upcoming Royal Rumble match. Plus, the Bellas have been teasing an in-ring return.
We’ll have to wait and see if Brie and Nikki Bella make their return to WWE TV. If that happens then Sasha Banks will have another chance to square off in the ring with the Hall of Famer. If that’s not the case then the mother of Matteo has expressed her will to be a part of the creative team, as well. She thinks that being a full-time performer is an advantage as she knows “what the people want”.
