For two weeks in a row, WWE will be hosting NXT Halloween Havoc 2023 and several new announcements were made regarding the upcoming show. Overall, six new matches were announced during the latest episode of NXT for the two themed nights of the year and those included two gimmick matches.
Roxanne Perez and Kiana James are set to continue their ongoing feud at NXT Halloween Havoc 2023 Night One. The host of the show Shotzi Blackheart loves the new aggressive side of Perez and she was the one to suggest Perez spin the wheel and make a deal for her upcoming match against James. Perez did so and it received the Devil’s Playground stipulation for their match.
WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2023 Night Two: Main Event Title Match Set
There was another match stipulation at NXT Halloween Havoc 2023 Night One that was derived from the spin of a wheel. Gigi Dolin has been wanting to seek redemption for the multiple sneak attacks from Davenport and she wanted to test her luck on the wheel, last night. Thus, Dolin secured herself a Lights Out match against Davenport which essentially confirms a No-DQ atmosphere.
A tag team battle royal also went down to kick things off on this week’s NXT which was touted to be the Bada Bing Bada Boom Battle Royal. The finishing sequence of the match saw Chase U battling Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo for a shot at The Family’s tag team titles on the first night of NXT Halloween Havoc 2023. In the end, Chase U pulled off the win, as the Creed Brothers took out Angel and Humberto with Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne cheering them at ringside.

Update on NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament 2023
Elsewhere on the card for the Night One of NXT Halloween Havoc 2023, the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament will continue. After defeating Jaida Parker in the first round, Karmen Petrovic advanced to face Lola Vice, who previously defeated Izzi Dame in the opening round. On the other side of the bracket, Kelani Jordan will battle Arianna Grace, who defeated Brinley Reece this week to enter the semis.
