Paige Secretly Trying To Get Cleared For WWE In-Ring Return?

Paige had to deal with her worst nightmare when her ability for performing in professional wrestling was taken away from her at an age of just 25. But there’s more to the story as there have been examples where superstars did come back from serious neck injuries that she has been dealing with. This year’s Wrestlemania main-eventers are the biggest handy names in these circumstances.

So Paige knows that there’s still a ray of hope for her when it comes to in-ring competition and she fully intends to do as much as possible to let it happen. WWE has certainly not cleared her to get involved in the action but who knows what is in store for her in the upcoming months. At least, she is trying to make things positive to make the ongoing speculations, true.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Paige stated on her Twitch stream that she’s going through tests so that she can get the green light to wrestle again. She experienced in recent times some of the most monumental returns and she just wants to follow the lead, to set an example to millions of her followers all around the globe.

“Paige said on her streaming show that she is looking to have another exam on her neck in hopes of being cleared to wrestle again. She’s seen Edge, Christian, and Bryan all told that they could never wrestle again, and then all ended up being cleared to return. Sting was also told by WWE doctors he’d never wrestle again and was also cleared this past year. All of them are also much older than she is,” stated the source.

As you can see, Paige retired at the age of just 25 Paige which was very early and she’s not giving up hope about an in-ring return. Interestingly, the first-ever NXT Women’s Champion and the youngest Divas Champion recently said that she’s scared about the whole comeback process. She does want to return at one point but first, she needs to get herself to a good place mentally. It wasn’t mentioned that she is trying to get cleared.

A lot is yet to be achieved by the anti-Diva of the WWE who is also under contract with the company. But during the pandemic, she wasn’t used even once since WWE Backstage on FOX was canceled. There’s no update available, either on whether WWE intends to use her in a significant role, either.
