Professional wrestling Legend Paul Heyman who is currently the manager of WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns recently spoke about the rumours of Roman Reigns vs. professional wrestling legend The Rock.

A match between the current WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns and the former eight times WWE World Champion the Rock is rumored for quite a long time. But there is no concrete news on if this match is really happening or not.

It was rumoured that Roman will defend the WWE Universal title against the rock at SummerSlam. This rumour was on the air for quite a long time. But at the end of the day it did not happen in street we are going to get another big match, that is Roman Reigns vs the 16 times WWE world champion John Cena for the WWE Universal Championship at the Biggest Event of the Summer.

But the match is still rumoured. A number of sources are claiming that WWE is planning this match for the main event of Survivor Series. Some other resources are claiming that they are planning this match for WrestleMania 38. Strongest humour is this match is actually happening. Whenever the match takes place this is going to be one of the biggest matches ever.

Paul Heyman who is a Professional Wrestling Legend recently talked to ITRWrestling.com where he spoke about the rumours of Roman Reigns vs. professional wrestling legend The Rock. He said;

“Who doesn’t want to main event WrestleMania against Roman Reigns? Anybody who says they wouldn’t be interested in a WrestleMania main event is lying to you. Anybody who suggests they wouldn’t be interested in the WrestleMania main event against Roman Reigns is lying to you.”

“Roman Reigns is the most dominant WrestleMania main eventer in history. And Rock is just one of many people who are clamouring to step into the ring with Roman Reigns at any time, especially at WrestleMania.”

“As for whether The Rock is a member of the table? I serve as Special Counsel to the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. That is not a subject Roman Reigns wishes to address publicly at this time, either in The Rock’s favour or to The Rock’s detriment, because The Rock may not be welcome at our table. Roman Reigns will let you know when it’s appropriate for Roman Reigns to let you know.”

“If The Rock steps into the ring with Roman Reigns at any time, let alone at WrestleMania, that will be The Rock’s farewell, whether The Rock wants it to be or not.”
