Professional wrestling Legend Paul Heyman who is the current advocate for the WWE Universal heavyweight champion Roman reign recently explained why Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38 is different from all of their previous meetings.
This is not the first meeting between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, they are going to face each other at WrestleMania for the third time. In fact they are going to create history if they main event this year’s Wrestlemania. The same match would be featured on three different WrestleManias for the first time in the history of the WWE.
Paul Heyman On Why Brock Lesnar And Roman Reigns’ Meeting At WrestleMania 38 Is Different
Both of their first two meetings were for World Championship matches much like this one but in this occasion they are putting both of the world championships on the line. This is going to be the first ever title vs title match in wrestlemania history where two World Championships will be on the line.
Roman Reigns in this location is also different from their previous meetings. He is the Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table right now. He is actually the face of WWE right now that the promotion wanted to build him from a very long time. This is the actual meeting that Vince McMahon always wanted to book so this is quite different and of course the best.
Brock Lesnar on the other hand had been built in a very strong way since his return and just for this feud only. He had been presented as an absolute dominant force. The way he dominated the Royal Rumble match and the Elimination Chamber match was enough to build him as the toughest opponent for Roman Reigns in his entire career. So definitely this is going to be one of the most anticipated matches in WWE WrestleMania history.

“I don’t really view this as a trilogy fight. I view this as a first-time-ever because this is the first time that Brock Lesnar is stepping into the ring at WrestleMania with the Tribal Chief. And I think that anything that’s happened before Roman Reigns was the Tribal Chief is the prelude to the run of Roman Reigns’ career that will go down in history as the greatest of all time.
“And a proven positive is that we already announced that Lesnar vs Roman Reigns, with Brock Lesnar attempting to win the Universal Title because Brock Lesnar won’t be WWE Champion by the time WrestleMania rolls around. Not if I have my way about it. And that will headline night number two, which is WrestleMania Sunday, which is the main event of the grandest stage of them all.
“So the fact that we’re announcing almost a month out what the main event of WrestleMania is going to be, and the fact that it features Roman Reigns is a testament to the fact that the Tribal Chief is the greatest box office attraction in WWE history.”
