Professional wrestling legend and future WWE Hall of Famer Randy Orton who is the current WWE Raw Tag Team Champion and a former 14 times WWE World champion recently talked about former WWE star Daniel Bryan and said he missed him in WWE.

Last year WWE let a lot of wrestlers go along with some of the biggest names of the promotion including the likes of Daniel Bryan and Braun Strowman. Most of the released wrestlers went to AEW. Probably the most shocking of them all was Bryan joining WWE. AEW built a really strong roster as they have signed other big names as well including CM Punk.

Randy Orton Reveals He Misses Daniel Bryan In WWE

A lot of WWE fans were really upset to see Bryan joining AEW. Bryan was never been a big star before joining WWE. He was just another wrestler with high potential. WWE made him who he is today. He became one of the best professional wrestlers in the world holding the hands of WWE.

This is the biggest reasons why the fans were upset, and a lot of fans believed that he betrayed WWE. The fans were so upset that Bryan even received death threats. Bryan left WWE after he lost a WWE Universal Championship opportunity to Roman Reigns last year at the WrestleMania Backlash pay per view event. After that he was never seen in WWE again.

WWE had been producing really weak shows since last year. Even though WrestleMania 38 was quite a great show. We can hope WWE will produce better shows from now on. But the impact of wrestlers like Daniel Bryan leaving the promotion was really high. Thankfully WWE is now recovering from the trauma.

Randy Orton who is the current WWE Raw Tag Team Champion and a former 14 times WWE World champion recently spoke to Ryan Satin’s Out Of Character podcast where he talked about former WWE star Daniel Bryan and said he missed him in WWE. He said;

“I want my legacy to be that I made sure that the guys like Edge, and Seth Rollins, and AJ Styles and, God, I miss Daniel Bryan. I wish he was still here. But these guys that are coming up like Priest, Theory, the Street Profits, Riddle, these guys that have all the potential in the world.”

“In some cases, like the first guys, I listed, Roman as well, these guys that can work, and they know the art of this business, I want my legacy to be that I was able to, with these gentlemen, take this business to the next generation and make sure that that new wave of talent knows how to do it the right way.”
