A member of the WWE Universe attacked Seth Rollins during this week’s episode of WWE RAW. A segment took place in the show where the mainstay talent of the red brand attacked Finn Balor before their scheduled match.

Following the ambush, Seth Rollins was making his exit as trainers checked on Balor in the ring. As Rollins and a referee were walking up the ramp to the back as a fan jumped over the barricade from the mid-level seating, and tackled the former WWE Champion. Rollins and the referee went down. The referee was trying to pull out the man as the security team rushed at the ring and so did WWE Producer and Hall of Famer Michael “PS” Hayes.

Security dragged the man away from the ringside area as per the fans in attendance. More updates about this man should be available in due course.

The camera quickly cut away from the fan attack as RAW went on to replays of the segment between Seth Rollins and Balor segment. Rollins then laughed at Balor who was lying in the ring and talked some trash to the crowd before leaving the stage. This is not the first time that the former Shield member suffered such an incident. During his WWE Title reign in 2015, a fan started walking side by side with him on the way to the ring.

Former WWE Superstar Chavo Guerrero Jr. reacted to the incident, questioning the toughness of modern-day wrestlers. He stated the following, “Remember when the wrestlers were tougher than the fans? Ah, the good ol’ days. ??♂”

Several fans then pointed out the fact that Seth Rollins did well to defend himself while tackling fan as he grappled him into a headlock. WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley also reacted to the incident via Twitter but it was just a question.

Seth Rollins originally appeared on Raw from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York to brag about being the sole survivor in Team Raw’s win at the 2021 Survivor Series. Finn Balor interrupted and caused a brawl in the ring. It ended in Rollins’ favor as he overpowered using the steel ring steps followed by two Stomps in the middle of the ring.
