Rey Mysterio started a new storyline that may result in his son, Dominick to make in-ring debut for WWE. He has been in a losing streak for quite sometimes on Monday Night Raw and specifically against Andrade. This made him realize that his body is no more the same, anymore. So he appeared in a segment teasing retirement only to see Dominick coming back to the show after a few months. He also expressed his desire to feature in a tag team with his father.

Seth Rollins Declared No.1 Wrestler In The World!
This marked the beginning of an interesting storyline on WWE programming. But despite this, Rey Mysterio was missing from this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. The reason behind the same is that the legendary Mexican superstar was undergoing another round of stem cell treatment.
The former world champion gave the updates on his Instagram page revealing the exact therapy he was going through. He released a picture and a video showing that doctors gave him injections to make him more comfortable with his knee issues. These have helped him to move in a better way as compared to a few years ago. Here’s more from what Rey Mysterio wrote on social media,
“I had an Intrathecal Stem Cell application yesterday by Dr. Halpert & have to admit that I could not have been in better hands despite the size of the needle? that was never shown to me until after the procedure! #LoveTheBioXStaff @bioxcellerator_ is giving me & those who have been here a healthier & better way of living!??…??? Need info ….. talk to my homie @iowahawksfan06″

WWE.com has already promoted that Rey Mysterio will be back for next week’s episode of WWE Raw. Once he returns, we believe that the storyline with Dominick will pick up again so to make a way for the youngster to the main roster. He may take up the moniker of “Principe Mysterio”—a name that Rey Mysterio trademarked earlier this year.
The Master of 619 has been wrestling for more than 20 years setting the standard high for his son who also decided to take wrestling as his career. Only time will tell whether he can live up to the legacy that the ‘biggest little man’ will be leaving behind. But being a son of this legend will certainly benefit him as he may have not to go through the NXT procedure and go straight into the main roster scene.
