Renee Young and Jon Moxley aka former WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose are one of the most celebrated couples in the pro-wrestling circuit. At one point, both of them used to be a WWE couple. But both of them are no longer under the contract of the company. While one has gone to AEW, the other is looking forward to her next venture.
While people do love to see these two as a couple, veteran Jim Cornette seemed to have totally different opinions on them. While speaking on The Jim Cornette Experience Podcast, he discussed the relationship between AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and Renee Young and their marriage. Strangely, he questioned Young’s decision to marry Moxley.

As per the comments of the former WWE creative team member, Renee Young is someone who’s a classy person. So he doesn’t understand why she ended up marrying an outspoken wrestler like Moxley.
“That’s why Renee Young was at least open and honest about her situation. She’s very intelligent, she’s very well-spoken. What the f*** does she see in Moxley? Holy mackerel, talk about f***ing marrying down.”

Cornette went ahead saying that he doesn’t want the pair to break up. But he thinks that Moxley will never find a girl like Renee Young, if they do break up, someday.
“I’m sure they do, he’d be stupid if they didn’t. When’s he going to get that opportunity again? One f***ing insane attractive, intelligent woman is all you can hope for in your life. You think he’s going to find someone else that pretty, that smart, and that well-accomplished with everything to marry him again?
I’m not suggesting they are going to break up either. I’m saying he’s really lucky. He won’t get another one, he better hang on to that one. He better take out the f***ing trash on a regular basis.”
Needless to say, that the comments by Cornette that Renee Young deserved someone better than Moxley, while the latter got really lucky to find his life partner, weren’t taken all by the internet wrestling community.

She called Cornette a piece of sh*t in one tweet, and then followed up with another one while tagging him in another one saying, “F*ck you”. She also questioned the accusations that Cornette put against the couple who are bright stars of the current professional wrestling world.
The couple hadn’t reacted to his issue. But during a media teleconference following All Out, Jon Moxley did respond to what could be next for his wife Renee Young aka Renee Paquette. She was mentioned as the “jack of all trades,” who does have interests outside of pro wrestling.
While she doesn’t like to see her husband in a blooded war, she could pop in someday for AEW and do some hosting spot once her “extensive non-compete clause” with WWE gets over.
