Rhea Ripley has always been considered as the future of the WWE Women’s Division and she’s proving the theory right ever since debuting on the main roster. She is one of the biggest stars on the Raw roster and that was the case even during her stint in NXT. She worked hard and managed to become a trusted shoulder in the women’s division.
After all, no other woman in the history of WWE has the achievement of becoming champions on three different brands – WWE NXT UK, WWE NXT, and WWE Monday Night Raw. Not to mention, Rhea Ripley also captured the women’s tag team championships alongside Nikki ASH in the past.

At present, Rhea Ripley has been included in the faction led by WWE veteran Finn Balor that also features Damian Priest. The heel group is growing stronger and the female superstar has perfectly fit into it. For those who don’t know, Rhea has been good friends with Priest even before joining the WWE and the two have come a long way.
Rhea Ripley details her buddyhood with Damian Priest
Speaking with Travis Sams of 99.5 WKDQ, Rhea Ripley proceeded to mention that she does share a strong bond with the Archer of Infamy. There was an incident when the former Raw Women’s Champion lost her ring gear but she was saved by her mate, Priest.
“Damian and I have been mates for a long time,” Rhea Ripley revealed. “We talked about doing intergender tag matches for the longest time since we’re pretty much the same human, our gear is very, very similar, and the way we look at life is pretty similar, I think we act the same, we have the same likes and dislikes. Hell, even when I lost my gear, luckily he was on the show because I wore his pants out and I wrestled in his gear.”
“My suitcase fell out of the trunk of my car, it opened out and I lost everything in the suitcase. So, luckily he was on the show and luckily leather pants fit differently on guys because I just pulled them up and they were high-waisted for me but they fit perfectly, it was pretty wild [laughs].” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
Under the ‘Judgement Day’ faction, WWE wanted to do some characteristics change for Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley. Over on Raw, WWE Hall of Famer Edge previously refereed to Damian ‘The Punishment’ and Rhea ‘The Eradicator.’ As a unit, they simply looks unstoppable and we assume a lot more would be in store for both of them in due course.
