WWE Raw star and a former WWE Raw Women’s champion Rhea Ripley who is also a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently talked about his Judgement Day teammate Dominik Mysterio and discussed her relationship with the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion.
Both Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio are the members of WWE Monday Night RAW faction Judgement Day. Dominik had been the latest member to join the faction who teamed up with them at the Clash at the Castle pay per view event that took place in September this year after he betrayed his own father. Dominik was one of the most criticized wrestlers out his career but after joining Judgement Day, he has started to improve.
Rhea Ripley Discusses Her Relationship With Dominik Mysterio
The more fun part of Judgement Day is the relationship between Dominik and Rhea Ripley. In spite Finn Balor being the leader of the faction, and Priest being the oldest member of it, Rhea and Dominik had been the talking point of the faction. Their chemistry had been praised by a lot of wrestling legends, current wrestlers and of course the fans.
Joining Judgment Day have given huge boost to both Rhea and Dominik. Rhea had been an extremely talented wrestler who was facing real difficulties to find success in WWE. After joining the faction, she turned out to be the break out star of it. Dominik had also been criticized by WWE fans as nobody was the satisfied with his in ring work. But after joining Judgment Day, he has been doing really good and we are pretty sure that he will improve more with time.
Rhea Ripley who is also a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently spoke to Joseph Staszewski of The New York Post where she talked about his Judgement Day teammate Dominik Mysterio and discussed her relationship with the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion. She said;
“Me and Dom Dom, we’re just going out there and we’re having fun. We’re being menaces to society and just going out there and doing whatever we want. We’ve definitely put our own spice onto it. This all just started from me wearing an “I’m Your Papi” shirt. I knew that I was coming back and I knew I wanted to screw with Ray on his (25th) anniversary.
“I was like you know what, I’m going to order this shirt and wear it on TV and that was it pretty much. After that it kind of like stuck and it created this whole story that’s been going on that eventually ended up with Dom joining The Judgement Day. A lot of it is us going out there and just having fun, not really taking anything too seriously and knowing we want to go out there and screw with people and their train of thought.
“People love to hate us and that’s something not many people can do, go out there and have people sort of think that your cool and then absolutely hate you and what you do at the same time. It’s been really fun for me going out there screwing with the fans. A lot of times it doesn’t get caught on camera, but lately, it has been. It makes them feel like their part of the moment. So when it gets caught on camera, I love it so much.”
