Two times WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair who is also a former sixteen times World champion recently talked about the WWE SmackDown women’s championship match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch at SummerSlam. He gave his opinion on the defeat of the EST of Smackdown.
Bianca Belair was scheduled to face Sasha Banks to defend the WWE SmackDown women’s Championship at SummerSlam. But Sasha Banks was not fit for the match, therefore the match was called off. Instead, it was Carmella who was given the opportunity to challenge Belair for the title.

Becky Lynch in the meantime made a surprise return and took out Carmella to challenge for the WWE SmackDown women’s Championship. Belair accepted the challenge and to shock the entire Arena, Belair was defeated by Becky in only twenty seconds time. This booking decision was vastly criticised by the world of professional wrestling and critics.
It seemed like Belair would be buried after this incident. But fortunately that did not happen. WWE did not give up on the push of her. She is currently the number one contender for the WWE SmackDown women’s Championship and Becky Lynch will defend her title against Belair at the next WWE pay-per-view event which is Extreme Rules.

Ric Flair who is also a former sixteen times World champion recently spoke on Oral Sessions where he talked about the WWE SmackDown women’s championship match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch at SummerSlam. He said;
“I didn’t like. Sometimes, I don’t understand what they do with anybody, Ashley included. But I didn’t like it at all. I think Bianca worked so hard. She’s really a nice person, and I like her husband. There’s a lot of things that make her pretty unique.

“I actually was hoping that someday, I thought it could be Bianca and Charlotte could really be huge one day. Obviously, the two best athletes in the women’s division. I mean, both Division I athletes, legitimately.
“And that’s a whole different way of telling a story, building up to an event, you know what I mean. Plus, the fact that they can do some stuff that nobody else can.”
