Professional wrestling legend Paul Heyman who is the current advocate of the WWE Universal Heavyweight champion Roman Reigns recently talked about his client and claimed that he is the biggest box office attraction in the history of professional wrestling.
There is no doubt in the fact that Roman Reigns is currently the face of WWE and the promotion wanted to build him as the face since the very first day he joined the main roster. He had all the potential to be the face of the promotion one day and he has finally become it. Of course there is no denying the fact that he is doing quite well.

In fact it has been the most difficult task for a projected face of WWE to earn his position like him. The fans did not want to accept him as the face of WWE by any means. But finally he proved his worth to the fans and now he has a huge fan base.

The first actual face of the WWE was Bruno Sammartino, later he was replaced by Hulk Hogan, and Stone Cold Steve Austin became the face of WWE during the Attitude Era. John Cena was the face of WWE during the post Attitude Era. And finally the current face of the WWE is Roman Reigns.
But Reigns is the face of WWE during the weakest period of the promotion. They are earning money during the time and it looks fine when you see the revenue but fans are turning away from WWE slowly, and it is all happening during the time of Reigns and we do not think he is enough to pull new fans. It is pretty much true that he is the weakest face that WWE has ever produced.

“He is the greatest box office attraction in the history of this industry and I’ll prove it to you. Last year, WWE grossed a billion dollars. You go by the gross receipts, you go by the net receipts, and both of them scream the name ‘Roman Reigns’.
“Everyone has to acknowledge the Tribal Chief as the greatest of all time. He has stepped into the future that we all predicted he would step into 10 years ago. This is where Roman Reigns was destined to be. He has worked his ass off to become the top star in this industry and the top box office attraction of all time.”
