After a three-year-long hiatus, WWE Universe was eager to see Ronda Rousey back on WWE Television and that finally happened at Royal Rumble. Removing the strong heel persona, she made a return as a full-fledged babyface and those characteristics were strengthened along the way. Her feud with Charlotte Flair during Wrestlemania season also helped her to build the babyface aspect of her TV persona.
After failing to win the Smackdown Women’s title at Wrestlemania 38, Ronda Rousey finally captured it at Wrestlemania Backlash in an I Quit Match. The title run fell short due to the fact that WWE couldn’t hand her a tough opponent during that title run.

Ronda Rousey eventually lost the title at Money in the Bank to the MITB contract winner Liv Morgan and thereafter started to bring back some of the heel-ish antics but instead of getting booed, she has been getting cheered. The ‘rowdy’ personality really suits the UFC Hall of Famer and fans’ reactions toward her certainly don’t disappoint.
WWE recently did an overseas tour in Europe around the Clash at the Castle event and fans expected Ronda Rousey to be on the card on that show. In fact, she was always advertised to appear until getting pulled at the very last minute.

Being a mother doesn’t allow Ronda Rousey to travel to UK
While speaking on her YouTube channel, the former Women’s Champion revealed why she would no longer be able to work a full European tour anymore. Apparently, being a mother comes with a lot of responsibilities, and visiting overseas as a WWE performer won’t be an option for her.
“I can’t do those (European) tours anymore now that I have P? [Rousey’s daughter] which sucks because it was really fun… I can’t really do a whole tour. I had to do like one arena or whatever, because London, O2 Arena, or something was a big deal,” Ronda Rousey continued.
“If they’re in a big venue or something, I’m like the emergency button. We’re having trouble selling out this venue. Quick, hit the “Ronda” button kind of a thing.” (quotes courtesy Sescoops)
Becoming a mother was always Ronda Rousey’s priority ever since she entered the WWE scene and the former UFC fighter certainly doesn’t regret the fact that she won’t be able to tour along with WWE’s overseas schedule. Down the road, she is most likely to continue her WWE career as a part-time talent on the roster.
