Former WWE Raw Women’s champion Ronda Rousey who is going to face Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 recently said that she would love to see Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38.
It is still not confirmed if Seth Rollins is going to face Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 38 but all the possibilities are indicating towards this match. This is not going to be any kind of dream match but this would be really fun if it actually happens, and we must give credits to WWE for the way they booked it if it actually happens.
Ronda Rousey Wants To See Seth Rollins Vs. Cody Rhodes At WrestleMania 38
After getting squashed by Brock Lesnar in the Elimination Chamber match which was scheduled for the WWE championship at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event, Rollins is going through a tough time. With WrestleMania edging near, he is not having any booking for the grandest stage of them all.
He tried his best to get any kind of booking for the event. But ultimately he failed. On one week of Monday Night RAW, he challenged Kevin Owens to steal his spotlight to host Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 38, but he lost to Owens. On the very next week he challenged AJ Styles so that he could replace him to face Edge at the Grandest Stage, but he lost again.
Throughout the night, fans kept on cheering the name of Cody Rhodes to be the potential opponent of Rollins at WrestleMania 38. There are a lot of humans also suggesting that this match is planned for the biggest event of WWE. But there was no confirmation, until Ronda Rousey also talked about it recently, making the match a huge possibility.
Ronda Rousey who is going to face Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 recently spoke on her Facebook Gaming Stream where she said that she would love to see Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38. She said;
“Oh, I’m totally fantastic, fine. I tore my labial frenulum apparently, which is that little piece of skin that connects your lip to your jaw or whatever, my top jaw. I’m like so sick and not feeling good right now. Sorry guys if I sound like crap.
“I’ve literally sounded like this all day. So tired, Po [Rousey & Travis Browne’s child] was so fussy on the plane on the way back and just, you know, SmackDown was a very physical day. I’m sore, I’m sick, I’m tired.
“Or the possibility of Seth [Rollins] and Cody [Rhodes]. I’m excited about the possibility. I never got to see Cody wrestle live. He left right before I got there.”
