Royal Rumble 2022 – Who Will Win Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble Matches?

WWE Royal Rumble is one of the most famous pay per view events of WWE history. Every year WWE organise this event took crown the no 1 contender for the World Championship at WrestleMania. The event will take place this year as well after the Day 1 pay per view event.

Since 2017 WWE is organising Rumble matches for women as well and it has become extremely popular as well. In these four years, we got four different winners. This year there will be another winner and hopefully, we’ll get a new winner again.

Royal Rumble 2022 – Who Will Win Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble Matches?

The women’s Rumble match of 2022 looks really predictable. Throughout the year WWE failed to promote any new star accept Bianca Belair who won the Rumble match last year. And with the terrible year for WWE so far, there are not enough women left in the main roster of WWE after all the budget cuts they made so far.

So it is quite obvious that they would bring women from NXT and of course free agents or maybe some Hall of Famers to fill out the 30 women Royal Rumble match. Like they filled the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match which was won by Asuka.

So what to expect from the women’s Rumble match of 2022? We can expect some returns. The most obvious one has to be the return of Bayley. She had already confirmed that he is feeling quite well and she is ready to get back into action. Another possible return might be the former Rumble winner Asuka.

But who would win the women’s Rumble match? We will not be talking about any rumours here; we will give our prediction about it. We think the winner of the women’s Rumble will be Sasha Banks. There are a number of reasons behind this prediction.

First of all, she teased a feud with the current SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair which remained unfinished. The feud might hit to Wrestlemania 38. Secondly is being built really strong these days, someone receives this type of booking only when WWE has something big in mind for the particular. There is a chance of Bianca Belair winning the Rumble again but Sasha looks to be a more superior pick this year.

But Sasha is believed to be injured and it has not been confirmed how long the injury will last. So we can give an alternate prediction in this case. An alternative option would be Rhea Ripley, who could go on to win the Rumble match and challenge Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s title at WrestleMania 38.

Now let us talk about the men’s Rumble match. It is a bit difficult to predict the exact winner for this match. There is a rumor of Brock Lesnar winning the Rumble match. But he is currently the WWE Champion so there is a fat chance of him competing and winning the Rumble.

We believe the winner of this year’s Royal Rumble match will be Drew McIntyre. The reason is obvious, it looks like WWE is keeping him fresh for a feud with Roman Reigns that may head to Wrestlemania 38. As of now Drew McIntyre is the highest possibility of winning the Royal Rumble match.
