The Royal Rumble matchup got just bigger with a set of announcements from last night’s WWE Raw. A few entrants for the upcoming match on this January 26 have been revealed to create more hypes for the most unpredictable night of the year.

As seen on the show, last night, the new WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Buddy Murphy and Seth Rollins have announced their spots at the Royal Rumble Match. Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens will also be competing in this Sunday’s 30-Man battle royal that sets in the Road to WrestleMania. The latter name particularly mentioned that he is on a mission so that Rollins can’t pick up the win.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins was all smiles after winning the WWE Raw tag team belt from the Viking Raiders. He mentioned this is a fresh beginning for the faction as they look forward to dominating 2020. The next for them will be stealing the show at the Royal Rumble match. Rollins has already won the match, last year who intends to do the same, this year, too.

Apart from these new entries at the Royal Rumble match card, we may get to see a new United States title match. After Andrade retained his title against Rey Mysterio on WWE Raw, the champion went ahead to deliver a post-match attack on Bryan trying to plant him with a Hammerlock DDT. Humberto Carrillo made a shocking return to make the save.
Later in a backstage interview, Carrillo then went ahead to challenge Andrade for the US title at Royal Rumble. This match was always in the pipeline. With the Mexican star returning to action, chances are high that this US title match will be added to Royal Rumble. Here’s more from what Carrillo had to offer,
“You know, I’m tired. I’m tired of Andrade wants to disrespect a legend like Rey Mysterio,” Carrillo said. “That can’t happen. Andrade, I want to challenge you for a match for the United States Championship at Royal Rumble. And if you are a real man, and you wanna pick on somebody, pick on me.”
