After a long gap of almost five years, Saraya made her comeback inside the squared circle in a match on November 19. The former WWE Superstar has challenged Dr. Britt Baker to her first match at the AEW Full Gear PPV event since retiring from the ring in 2017. With that, the pro-wrestling industry can hope to see her in more matches in due course.

Originally, things were not supposed to go for Saraya like this as she was one of the top recruits of the WWE. Being a famous female superstar, the company wasn’t supposed to let her go from their contract but that eventually happened in July of 2022. This was the reason that AEW could have started the bid to bring in the talented name under their banner.

Saraya had immense faith in herself about coming back to in-ring competition and she eventually did that outside the WWE. AEW Full Gear not only marked her return match but also her first match outside of WWE since 2011 after spending almost a decade with the brand.
