WWE Smackdown star LA Knight is often regarded as the ‘Megastar’ of WWE and he is one of the most talented wrestlers in the WWE roster at this moment. It is reported by various media sources that the promotion has really big plans for the 40 year old professional wrestler.
It never looked like he has a very bright future in WWE when he was in the NXT which is the development territory of WWE. He mostly worked as a mid card in the NXT and had to job to most of the wrestlers he had feuds with. Most of the fans did not have much expectations from him after he transitioned to the main roster last year.

When he joined the main roster, he was given a completely new character named Max Dupri where he worked as an agent of the Maximum Male Models faction. Knight revealed recently that there was concerns about his age, and that was the reason behind giving him the different character.
But as soon as Triple H became incharge of the creative of WWE, he restored the LA Knight character and slowly he became one of the biggest fan favourites. The biggest strength of Knight is his amazing mic skill which made him one of the top stars of the promotion. He is pretty good in the ring as well.

LA Knight Was Almost Fired From WWE Last Year
This Saturday at Money in the Bank he would be entering the men’s MITB match as the favourite. But his journey to become the ‘Megastar’ of WWE was never easy. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet Knight revealed that he was almost fired last year but Triple H saved his WWE career. Here is what the former Million Dollar Champion had to say;
“Well, let me just go ahead and say this. I’m pretty sure I was fired and it just hadn’t officially happened yet. Without getting into too many details, some things happened, I don’t remember what it was, but some things happened.” Said the ‘Megastar of WWE.

He continued, “And then I had gotten a FaceTime: ‘Hey, you know, we want to keep you around. We want to do this, this, that, whatever.’ And, okay, cool. Good. So somehow I had been saved from being thrown off the cliff. At least this is my interpretation of it. Maybe I’m incorrect. I don’t know.” Knight concluded.
