Some of the WWE NXT Superstars and employees who had been working behind the scenes are reportedly no longer with the company. Continuing the spree of recent releases, WWE trimmed down more names from the developmental wing of their brand, as of last night. This time around, the budget cut reasons weren’t noted but rather the ongoing renovation was pointed out.
WWE issued a statement to mention that due to WWE NXT 2.0 changes, several producers, writers, and coaches were being released. WWE Hall of Famer “Road Dogg” Brian James was the first major name to be revealed followed by Sarah Cummins, who was working as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Products.
