Shawn Michaels Reveals He Was Offered A Dream Match For Wrestlemania XXXIII 1

As we are all waiting for ‘One More Match’ from the Heart-Break-Kid Shawn Michaels, WWE was actually looking for giving us what we actually wanted.

Yes, WWE proposed Shawn Michaels a match at Wrestlemania 33 and it was not any ordinary match, it could have been a match of a lifetime.

Recently, ‘The Heart Break Kid’ spoke to Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast, where he revealed that WWE proposed him for a match at Wrestlemania 33. He revealed;

“I guess I’m breaking something with you and I don’t even know if I should, but I could have had that match. They didn’t have an opponent for AJ at Wrestlemania. I said that I hadn’t been asked because I hadn’t—but then I was. I wish that young man was here 10 years ago, man. I honestly do. I think he’s very talented.”

WWE even teased this match in January this year under with the Royal Rumble logo on. Later, AJ Styles posted the photo on twitter. Remember the tweet? Here it is if you don’t;

Fans went really crazy after seeing this photo. Everyone speculated for a possible AJ Styles vs. Shawn Michaels match. But, when it was never been mentioned after, we all thought it was just a promotional photo for the 2017 Royal Rumble.

However, after Shawn Michaels’ exciting revelation, we now know that WWE was actually planning for this match. And what else could be better than this? The ‘Phenomenal one’ going head to head with the ‘Heart-Break-Kid’; the man they call ‘Mr. Wrestlemania’ at the grandest stage of them all.

WWE actually wanted to organize a dream comes true match at Wrestlemania 33. It could seriously be the match of a lifetime.
