Former four times WWE World Championship Sheamus who is also a former three times WWE United States champion recently claim that his current run in WWE is the best ever run of his career so far. Sheamus is working in WWE for over a decade had been through a lot of ups and down.

The Celtic Warrior might be working as a mid card right now but he has main evented so many pay per view events. He won a total of four world championships in WWE which is not at all a matter of joke. He even won a Royal Rumble match, something that some of the biggest wrestlers in WWE could not win. Without any doubt he was one of the most valuable members of the WWE locker room.

Sheamus Says His Current Run In WWE Is The Best In His Career

The 43 year old is working in WWE for over a decade. In his first main roster pay per view event which was the TLC 2009 he defeated John Cena in a Tables match to win his first WWE Championship. He worked as both babyface and heel but the WWE fan loved him more as a villain. That is the reason he played heel for the most part of his career.

But he lost his main event push quite a time ago. He has been working as a mid card and upper mid card constantly for years. Recently is involved in a feud for the WWE United States Championship which he lost to Damian Priest at SummerSlam. We cannot call this the best time of his career so far. But if he think so, WWE must be planning something for him.

Championship Sheamus who is a former three times WWE United States champion recently spoke to Comicbook.com where he claim that his current run in WWE is the best ever run of his career so far. He said;

“I think it is. I absolutely do. I feel like, even on the mic, even in the ring, for a long time I was… You know, I wouldn’t say I doubted myself, but I’d second guess sometimes. I guess sometimes it was in my interest to emulate this persona that wasn’t me.

“So for the last year and a half, I’ve really been able to just throw all that aside and just be me, and go out there and do what I do best. I’ve always been a physical competitor in the ring, and for me it’s never been the, ‘Oh, you just want to take liberties.’

“You hear all that stuff in the past. It’s always about bringing the best out of my opponent, bringing the fight out of my opponent, because I know at the end of it all, whoever I’m in there with when the match is over, I’ve had that physical encounter.”
