Two Times WWE of Famer Booker T recently remembered his TNA run and shared his shocking opinion about this strange run. Booker had been a huge legend of both WWE and WCW but his TNA run is not much remembered, neither by him nor by the world of professional wrestling.
Recently, Booker T opened up about his TNA run when he spoke on his Hall of Fame podcast where he revealed his frustration about this period of time. Not only him, but he also talked about his fellow stars Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash and claimed that their time in TNA was that great either. Here is what he had to say;

Shocking Confession: WWE Hall Of Famer’s Shameful Past In TNA
“I was creating that as I was going. I didn’t have anything written. That wasn’t a promo that was scripted or anything. They gave me the mic and I just started talking. I was trying my best to entertain myself in TNA. When I got to TNA I really had high hopes to really, really be able to capture some moments in that company. After about two weeks, I realized none of that was gonna happen. So I just started acting a fool. I really started acting a fool.
“I’m actually ashamed of myself for some of the stuff I did in TNA. Because I knew it wasn’t going anywhere, and I lost my zeal for really going out and performing the way I think I always had before that. I lost my motivation. I had a two year contract and I lost my motivation because I didn’t see a lot of guys — I’ve been watching The Last Dance lately, and to watch Michael Jordan’s drive. He was like a tyrant.

Booker T Is Ashamed Of What He Did In TNA
“He wanted nothing but the best from the guys that were around him, and I know when I went into TNA I had that same feeling as far as, ‘I want to push these guys.’ Really see how far they can go because I knew I had some young talent that I could go out there and maybe create some magic with.
“When none of that happened, I lost my passion just because I knew it was out of my hands. It was out of my control. It was nothing I could do with it. I was nowhere near that circle of people that was running it or anything like that. So I just literally said, ‘Man, I’m just going to come pick my check up, go out and try to have some fun, and try to create something at the same time. When these two years are over with we move on,’”

Booker T who is two times WWE Hall of Famer joined TNA Wrestling back in 2007 and worked in the promotion for three years. He had been treated as a legend in the promotion, however, he never won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Booker T will mostly be remembered for his WWE and WCW runs.
