Normally, when a new title is awarded after two titles get unified, the old titles vanish. But in this case, the story could be different. Reports from Sports Illustrated suggest that Roman Reigns would carry the new title but the two previous titles would still be held by the Special Counsel Paul Heyman and they would not vanish.

There had been strong rumours that famous WWE faction Imperium would be given a new member. According to previous reports from WRKD Wrestling, former WWE NXT United Kingdom Champion Ilja Dragunov was the favorite to join the faction and would make it a four man stable.

Paul Heyman Might Carry Roman Reigns’ Other Two Titles As Well

However, The Ring General Gunther who is the leader of the faction himself clarified recently that there would be no more members in the Imperium. Speaking with Stevie Fall on Ten Count (via Fightful) The WWE intercontinental Champion said; “No, I think it’s perfect how it is,”

Reports from Fightful suggest that former WWE United States and Intercontinental Champion Carlito pulled himself out of “multiple upcoming indie dates,” as he has signed a new deal with WWE and he is expected to make his return to WWE by the upcoming PLE Money in the Bank. LA Knight and Damian Priest are the two favorites to win the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match this year as per reports from BWE.
