But PW Insider reported that his absence had nothing to do with the return of Vince McMahon and it was “adamantly told by numerous sources” to the site. They reported that he did not return to action yet because they are “very, very careful with his health.” We are still hoping to see returning to action soon.
There are multiple reports of Randy Orton being present in Detroit and fans started to make theories that he would finally make his long awaited return at Summerslam. But Fightful Select provided the unfortunate news that Randy Orton is “nowhere near medically cleared to return” at this moment.
Bray Wyatt Is Out Of Action Since March
Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar would head towards their third and potentially final match of the feud tonight at Summerslam. There were rumors that the match would be a Bull Rope match and before the start of the match, the stipulation of this match would be announced.
However, reports from Fightful claimed that no stipulation would be added into this match and it would remain a regular one on one match. The reason to book this match as a regular match raised lot of questions and some fans even expressed their frustration for this lazy booking for such an iconic feud.
Becky Lynch was previously reported to face Trish Stratus at Summerslam but the match got canceled later it is also reported that it would head toward the Payback event. The match is not happening in the show and reports from Fightful Select also confirmed that Becky Lynch is not present in Detroit either.
