Triple H became the Chief Content Officer of WWE she made some drastic changes in the creatives of the promotion. Most of the fans are pretty happy with the way he handled the creative and the majority of fans still believe that he is producing a better product than Vince McMahon produced lately.
Under Triple H, WWE is enjoying better TV ratings and viewership. He has definitely improved WWE by a large margin. We got to witness arguably the best ever Tag Team Championship storyline in WWE history, we got the amazing Bloodline storyline. Moreover, the Cerebral Assassin brought more audience to WWE.

But there had been consistent criticism about his bookings as well. Somehow he is missing on the lower mid card division of WWE as well as the women’s division which had been terrible since he took over. He hardly produced any new stars since coming into the creative picture. WWE might have improved its viewership but there had been issues as well.
WWE SmackDown star and former four times WWE World Champion Sheamus expressed his frustration with the way he and his faction had been booked recently. After Survivor Series WarGames match, his faction The Brawling Brutes became quite irrelevant. Speaking with the Metro, the Celtic Warrior said,

“I just don’t think they’ve really capitalized on the group [Brawling Brutes]. I don’t think they’ve really let us show what we can do. This stop/start stuff is really hard when you’re trying to highlight young talent.” said the former four times WWE World Champion.
“‘It’s frustrating, you know? So I dunno [sic], maybe we’ll get an opportunity to show what we can really do as a group because a lot of those other groups who are out there now have definitely got an opportunity that we haven’t had to do some storyline stuff, some character stuff.” (H/T Metro)
The women’s division is also pretty badly managed and Triple H completely failed to build new stars in the women’s division of WWE. He has brought back a number of starts to WWE but almost none of them got any special treatment so far. We hope his bookings in the future.
