Over this coming Summerslam 2022 weekend, WWE will be looking forward to recruiting the next class of Next In Line (NIL) signees. Two more mainstream athlete names have now been confirmed to be part of this recruitment process.
Per the reports of PWInsider, Trevor Robbins of San Jose State and Anna Keefer of the University of North Carolina will be attending the tryouts, set to take place at the Summerslam 2022 weekend. Over 50 college athletes are expected to attend the tryouts, which begin on July 27th.

Billed from the state of Minnesota, Keefer is a track and field star out of UNC. She won this year’s ACC Women’s Indoor Long Jump Championship. WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair was the last track and field star who obviously went on to achieve big things in her WWE career and who knows whether WWE will be recruiting another gem at Summerslam 2022 weekend.
As for Robbins, she is an Offensive Lineman who spent the last 6 years in the San Jose State Spartans football program. This team also won the 2020 Mountain West Conference championship and she was part of it. Her colorful hair and linebacker status could be handy while getting picked by the WWE.

Summerslam 2022 weekend expected to recruit new WWE Superstars
The upcoming three-day tryout at WWE Summerslam 2022 weekend will reportedly include “performance evaluations, individual and group promo evaluations, in-ring technical sessions and sit-down interviews”.
A similar tryout was held during last year’s SummerSlam weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada. A number of talents were signed following those tryouts and some of them have become regular features on WWE TV. Names like Edris Enofé, Nikkita Lyons, Sofia Cromwell, and Tatum Paxley are amongst them. Roxanne Perez is another name who was picked by a tryout in later 2021. Currently, she is one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions along with Cora Jade.
Another significant recent signee to the WWE Performance Center is former Bellator MMA fighter Valerie Loureda, who will begin her training at the WWE Performance Center next week. She will probably be joined by the next set of recruits by the WWE during the Summerslam 2022 weekend set from the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee in the final week of July.
