Summerslam 2022 is the next Big-Four Premium Live Event waiting on the WWE calendar, set to emanate this coming summer. For a second consecutive year, the event will be held from an outdoor stadium and WWE is likely to gather all the star powers for this event to make it a huge success. However, plans regarding the show are yet to fall in place.
WWE has just recently wrapped things up for another WrestleMania 38 event and they have WrestleMania Backlash scheduled on May 8th. Two more events are also there in the form of Money in the Bank and Hell in a Cell. These lineups are pushing things back for Summerslam 2022, for the time being.

Ringside News was recently told that WWE does not have a match locked down for the biggest event of the summer, yet. However, matches for WrestleMania Backlash have likely been sketched out and they will soon be revealed.

The source was told that WWE “just got Backlash booked” and they “don’t have SummerSlam booked or even discussed yet.” They shouldn’t be in a hurry given there’s still a long way to go for the spectacular event. But obviously, Summerslam 2022 card should contain some bigger matches on the card.
WWE and On Location have recently announced their hotel and ticket packages for the SummerSlam 2022 Premium Live Event. All hotel packages are for the Courtyard Nashville Downtown, priced at $635 for Bronze, $785 for Silver, $1,735 for Gold, and $2,815 for Champion.
The ticket packages are priced at $275 per person for the All Seats package, $275 for the Bronze package, $425 for the Silver package, $1,150 for the Gold package, and $2,000 for the Champion package. An exclusive Friday night event, WWE gifts, appearances by WWE Superstars, or Legends are also being offered within the packages.
