WWE has confirmed that Titus O’Neil will receive the Warrior Award on the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. This has been an excellent moment for the career of the former WWE Tag Team Champion.
Titus O’Neil started his WWE career way back in 2009 under the then-development territory of WWE, Florida Championship Wrestling, or the FCW. In 2010 Titus competed in the NXT competition of WWE.

In 2012, O’Neil moved to the main roster of WWE and formed a tag team with Darren Young and they were famously known as ‘The Primetime Players.’ Together they won the WWE Tag Team Championship once. Titus also was the first-ever WWE 24/7 Champion.
Recently, O’Neil spoke with Eduardo Encina of The Tampa Bay Times about being the first wrestler to receive the Warrior Award for the WWE Hall of Fame.

“This first is so much bigger because it means that I impacted a lot of people’s lives, both inside our locker room, our company, but most importantly outside with our fans and our supporters and our partners,” O’Neil said.
“This award is right up there with being nominated with the Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award from ESPN. This has been one of those awards that really is about character. It’s about leaders. It’s about people that see you as a great human being.”
“Everybody knows that I’m someone who just wants to do the work,” O’Neil said. “I don’t care who I need to work with, as long as the work is done, as long as people’s lives are changed, that environments have been made better — whether it be a school environment or health environment, whatever it may be. I’m about change, real transformational change, not transactional change.”

O’Neil is mostly remembered for the botch he made in the Greatest Royal Rumble match in Saudi Arabia. On the way towards the ring, he slipped in front of the ring and got himself under it. It was unintentional and funny but fans loved it. Titus has more memorable moments in his WWE career.
Titus will be hosting WrestleMania 37 along with Hulk Hogan. The 43-year-old has finally received all the recognitions he actually deserved. Team Sportzwiki congratulates O’Neil for his success and wished all the best for his future.
