The note also confirms that RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman is fighting for Aleister Black to come to RAW from SmackDown and “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt to stay on the red brand. FOX officials, not specifically SmackDown Executive Director Eric Bischoff, are pushing for Roman Reigns and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair to stay on the brand,
“Draft info is being kept tight-lipped, rightfully so. They are trying to make this a big deal. With that said, I know Heyman has fought for Bray Wyatt & Aleister Black to land on RAW. On the flip side, FOX – not specifically Bischoff, has remained steady for Reigns & Charlotte.”

Dave Meltzer earlier noted the following on Wrestling Observer Radio, (via wrestlingINC.com)
“The Draft picks will be announced by representatives from FOX and the USA Network. The idea is to make the 2019 Draft as authentic as possible, thanks to the new TV deals. Meltzer also confirmed that all major decisions regarding which Superstars will be drafted have been decided on, but WWE is keeping the moves very quiet.”
As of now, the opening contest of SmackDown has been made official. The show will open with Roman Reigns taking on WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins. The winner is set to receive the first overall Draft pick from their brand. Reigns will be representing the team blue while Rollins will be representing team red.
