He was given the role as the top person in charge of WWE Creative after Vince McMahon announced his retirement from the team with the ongoing hush-money scandal against him. For many fans, this move was much needed as they had wanted the change to happen for years and it finally happened.
One of the regular features of WWE Raw is Dakota Kai who is very much happy with the move as she could now work under Triple H where more opportunities are available. The Cerebral Assassin is could relate to the fans which is the biggest advantage for the WWE Universe. The changes made to the product have already made them happy. The previously released talents are also very happy after coming back.

“The environment is so positive. We’re getting a lot of time to be able to tell these stories which is great too and not only that but like, every RAW that’s happened since SummerSlam, it’s like Bayley, IYO [SKY] and I have been, you know, either wrestling or doing a bunch of promos or a lot of — we’re all over the place so yeah, he [Triple H] really does care about the women’s division which really motivates us to be able to tell the best story possible.” (quotes courtesy POST Wrestling)
