Professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker who is the former seven times WWE World champion recently talked about kayfabe in wrestling and discuss the value of kayfabe in today’s wrestling world.
The Undertaker is indeed Legend of professional wrestling who adopted this famous gimmick back in 1990. He made his WWE debut at Survivor Series pay per view event in the mentioned year. It was the first time he appeared as the Undertaker and with time this character became a phenomenon.

He was one of the three megastars of the Attitude Era and he was always been a huge attraction for the WWE fans. He has accomplished all the big things in WWE including seven world title wins, multiple WrestleMania main events, and even a Royal Rumble victory.
He also had a legendary undefeated streak at WrestleMania which continued for 21 WrestleManias in total and the streak was finally beaten at WrestleMania XXX. In 2022 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. He will always be considered as one of the biggest legends in the history of professional wrestling.

The Undertaker who is the former seven times WWE World champion recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet for his “INSIGHT” podcast where he talked about kayfabe in wrestling and discuss the value of kayfabe in today’s wrestling world. He said;
“I tried to have things make sense, and I always tried to get people invested and to forget everything else that we’ve told them about what sports entertainment and wrestling is, and try and let them immerse themselves into what’s going on.

“And that’s the way I approach things, and I think there’s some of that that is still applicable if you make the effort to do so. I think in large there’s just this… okay, everybody, everybody’s in on it, and, you know, this is the way it is.
“But I think, I think there is room for kayfabe still. I just, I know everything’s evolving, and people have different perspectives on it, but that’s mine. And I’ll be the first to admit, I’m a dinosaur.”
