The Undertaker and Kane are addressed together as the Brothers of Destruction and they are two of the biggest legends of sports entertainment. Both of them have been inducted into WWE Hall of Fame in the past couple of years and even being compared to these legends itself is a huge achievement for any wrestler of today.
Wrestling legend Billy Gunn who is currently working in the AEW and he recently talked about one of his fellow workers Malakai Black who had been a former WWE star. Gunn compared him to WWE Hall of Famers the Undertaker and Kane. He also said that the Brothers of Destruction are legends so they should not be compared but Black has the potential to be as good as them.

Black has a dark gimmick just like the Brothers of Destruction. His current AEW gimmick is not much different from the one he had in WWE. It is the same old dark gimmick. Speaking on “Sportskeeda WrestleBinge” podcast, Billy Gunn made this big comparison when he said;
“I don’t know if I’d compare him to those two, but he is very special,” Gunn said of Black. “Let’s face it: Taker and Kane are on another level, they’re unreachable in my opinion. They’re two of the greatest of all time. I’m not saying that diminishes Malakai Black, either. Malakai is special in his own way.

“Is he special in this era? Yeah. Can he be that [supernatural] character in this era? Of course, he can. Anybody can, if they just have that drive and that thing to them, and he’s just so good at what he does, he’s very intelligent, and he’s very good at putting things together like storylines and his group and stuff. So, yeah, I think he can be that guy.”
Malakai Black world mostly famous under the ring name of Aleister Black in WWE. He was one of the biggest projects of the promotion when he was in the NXT and he remained undefeated for quite a long time. Everybody was expecting him to be one of the top stars of the promotion in the near future.
But he was one of the victims of the WWE’s budget cut during the covid 19 pandemic. His release will always remain one of the most clueless releases of all time. He just started a new feud with Big E, and two weeks later he was released. Thanksfully he got a job in AEW and he is doing a fantastic job in the promotion.
