WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair recently switched her brand as she got drafted to Friday Night Smackdown recently during the WWE Draft 2023. The surprising thing is, she brought her WWE RAW Women’s title to Smackdown along with her.
This is really shocking that Smackown currently has the RAW Women’s title and RAW has the Smackdown Women’s title. When such happened previously, the titles switched hands. But in this case, no such thing happened yet. Recently, Bianca Belair gave an interview to Sportsmail where she discussed about the potential switch of the titles;

“Erm…I don’t know! All I know is that I got drafted to SmackDown and in my mind I’m like I’m guess I’m going to SmackDown so I guess I’m going to be the SmackDown champion – because wherever I go I’m going to be the champion. But then Rhea got drafted to Raw, so I don’t know.’ Bianca said when asked about a possible trade.
“Right now I’m on SmackDown and I’m the Raw champion, so as long as I’m champion that’s all I care about.” Said Bianca Belair who recently broke the record of Becky Lynch to become the longest reigning WWE RAW Women’s Champion.
Bianca Belair Does Not Care About Title Switch
“I know I’m on SmackDown but it’s really cool to have the Raw title because when the draft happened I thought oh my goodness if I go to SmackDown, do I get the SmackDown title? Because the draft happened a week before I broke the record, so I was like is it going to switch before I break the record?
“We’ll just have to see what happens and I think it just makes things really exciting because we don’t really know what will happen and what could happen.” The EST of WWE concluded who is scheduled to meet Asuka at Night of Champions to defend her title.
Bianca is currently one of the biggest faces of WWE who received extremely strong booking ever since she joined the main roster. Surely, her strong booking would continue in the future as well. We hope rather than switching titles, they should change the lame names of the ‘Smackdown’ and ‘RAW’ titles.
