We have not seen Sasha Banks around WWE programming for quite a while. It was back at Wrestlemania 35 when she was in action for one last time. She and Bayley lost the Women’s Tag Team Titles to The IIconics on that night. There have been reports all over since then that she wanted to quit the company owing to this reason which needs more clarification.

Major Update Why WWE Removed Sasha Banks From Money In The Bank

Sasha Banks could not open up on her situation with WWE for obvious contractual obligations. But her recent tweets indicated that she may have no intentions to come back to the WWE, at all. But then again, WWE already signed her for multiple years that may freeze her contract and allow her to sit out for the rest of her career if the company wants it to be that way.

What WWE May Do If Sasha Banks Does Not Come Back

However, process may have started from both sides so that a future return may happen for the former women’s champion. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sasha Banks and Vince McMahon had a meeting on 23rd June and the update from the session is now available.

No bound outcome of the meeting is yet unknown but thinks may have turned into softer from the superstar’s side. The source added that although not confirmed, Sasha Banks may have decided to make a comeback which is totally contradictory to the earlier reports. She may return sometimes around the summer which we will find out later.

This news comes as a breath of fresh air for the fans of Sasha Banks. Their idol was reportedly hell-bent on not coming back to the company, at all. She was openly tweeting about All Elite Wrestling and may have shown interest to join the rival brand of the WWE, too. It will be interesting to see how she chooses to deal with her future where the ball is in her court.

More positive news came a few days ago about Sasha Banks as PWInsider.com noted that she visited New York City for a shooting purpose. She was filming something around the WWE 2K20 Video Game that suggests that The Boss is in working mode for WWE as her contract demands so. We hope she comes out of the curtain quite sooner in public to clear the air about her wrestling career.
