Who Should Be The Opponent Of Charlotte Flair At WrestleMania 38

The current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair is definitely one of the biggest faces of the women’s division of the WWE right now who is currently without a steady opponent to feud with.

She was involved in a feud with the Kiwi professional wrestler Toni Storm but after the release of Toni, there is apparently no one who could start a feud with her instantly. The roster depth of Smackdown is too weak and arguably the blue brand is going through its worst time ever.

Who Should Be The Opponent Of Charlotte Flair At WrestleMania 38

If we have to pick one wrestler who can feud with Charlotte instantly, it had to be either Aliyah or Xia Li. Naomi is also an option but she is already involved in a feud with Sonya Deville. Xia Li is also involved in the feud and it would be too early to put her into the title picture right now.

The only option is Aliyah. There are a number of other wrestlers on the roster as well like Natalya or Shayna Baszler but all of them are heel. And we do not think WWE would risk a heel vs heel feud at this point. Aliyah is never a worthy opponent of Charlotte but there is no other option either. At least it can kill time.

But Aliyah can be a temporary solution. Now Sasha Banks is out with an injury as well. The former six times Women’s champion was rumoured to face Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38 for The Smackdown Women’s Championship. Now this match stands doubtful.

But who is going to face Charlotte at WrestleMania 38 if Sasha Banks remains injured and could not come back before the event? Among the current SmackDown stars, no one seems good enough to be a worthy WrestleMania opponent for the Queen.

Bayley is returning from a long injury soon. She is rumoured to return before or during Royal Rumble. She could definitely be a worthy opponent of Charlotte for WrestleMania 38. And this match will look excellent on the card as well. Even though it will be not be happening for the first time, but these two individuals can put on a great match any day.

One more thing WWE can do is to bring in Raquel Gonzalez from the NXT. She remained a pretty dominant star on the NXT, and a lot of fans are comparing her with Chyna. She can be an excellent fit as the opponent of Charlotte Flair for WrestleMania 38. She can be an excellent addition in SmackDown roster as well. We hope the WWE gets the best out of this situation.
