The biggest pop culture event in live entertainment, Wrestlemania 37 will be going down, this weekend. After a gap of one year, the show is back in business with its usual glory. Fans will also be in attendance in some capacity although WWE couldn’t fill every seat in the house with COVID-19 protocols intact for the host venue.

Initially, the idea of using cardboard cutouts was dropped by the company with Vince McMahon disliking the idea. But that could eventually be utilized when the actual show goes down this Saturday and Sunday night.

New drone footage gives a closer look at the massive WrestleMania 37 that is being set up. It is also clear in the photos that cardboard cutouts have been kept in some of the places of the venue for which tickets haven’t been sold. WWE Chairman was against the idea of cardboard cutouts but now he has changed his mind. Thus, the Raymond James Stadium could audience portion could be constructed just like it was during the Super Bowl.

It’s yet to be confirmed how many cardboard cutouts WWE will use around the stadium, but at least a few can be seen. A pirate ship has been formed that will be used as part of the shape and to match up to the theme of Wrestlemania 37. You can check out a brief look at the set as revealed on the internet while the entire look will be unveiled on Saturday, April 10th, and Sunday, April 11, 2021, on Peacock/WWE Network.

WWE couldn’t execute their plans for a big stage inside Raymond James Stadium, last year due to the coronavirus pandemic. So are hosting Wrestlemania 37 at the same venue. Metro recently spoke to veteran WWE set designer Jason Robinson who believes that fans will love what WWE is going to present them for the Show of Shows, this year,

“A lot of sports fans around the world have just seen the stadium so they know what it looks like. Now it’s our turn. We’re going in there to do something different. I don’t think it matters whether fans are seeing it again after the Super Bowl or for the first time with WWE, they are going to love what they see.”
