WWE would love to have more celebrity appearances on their shows especially given that Wrestlemania 38 is right around the corner. The crossover between professional wrestling sport and Hollywood is nothing news. Back at Royal Rumble, the promotion around Johnny Knoxville’s newest Jackass movie continued on Smackdown.
As Knoxville was supposed to be on a promotion spree, he eventually got involved in a feud with Sami Zayn. Apparently that program may run through Wrestlemania 38, causing a title match.

Zayn vs. Knoxville feud to continue through Wrestlemania 38?
After the Rumble was over, interviewer Megan Morant had a talk with Knoxville, backstage who implied heading to Wrestlemania 38 by saying that he has only started with his goal of becoming a champion in WWE. Knoxville also said Zayn has payback coming his way, indicating that the feud will continue.
Zayn also went on a rant on that night as Knoxville also cost him the elimination from the Rumble match and a headliner spot at Wrestlemania 38. Zayn then ended up going against Knoxville’s wishes and showed up at the “Jackass Forever” premiere in LA in early February.
“I was accused by @WWE of going to the premiere to “add insult to injury”. But it was Johnny Knoxville, the big movie star, who drove by in his Cadillac Escalade & insulted me after the film as I walked the streets of Hollywood. He even shared his own video of this incident, from his own camera, on his own Instagram account. He was BRAGGING about it. I should have punched his lights out right there,” Zayn discussed his appearance on the red carpet premiere event of the movie.
