This one on one match between Drew McIntyre and Happy Corbin is one of the best built up feuds for WrestleMania 38. The feud has been cooked for over four months and this is one feud in which WWE really put some effort. Both wrestlers did really well to build this storyline.

We must give credit to Madcap Moss as well who did really fantastic to build this feud. He had a series of matches with McIntyre, he might have lost all the matches but he did a great job to make make McIntyre look really good.

WrestleMania 38 Results – Drew McIntyre Vs. Happy Corbin

The feud started at the Day 1 pay per view event when Corbin and Moss attacked McIntyre backstage and hurt his neck. He remained out of action for a month and finally he made his return during the Royal Rumble pay per view event. The process of building this feud started from that very event.

But for some reason, the feud remained overlooked by the fans since WWE is not much focused themselves on this all any other feud except the main event of the show, Brock Lesnar versus Roman Reigns. That is all they care about. But we were all hoping for a great match between the duo.

This was the second match of the night and as expected the match was mostly dominated by Drew McIntyre. Honestly, this match really did not look that good on the card of WrestleMania 38. Why it happened on WrestleMania 38, only Vince McMahon knew.

Madcap Moss kept on having Happy Corbin’s back, but Drew had been presented as a real power house in this match. There were nearfalls too. Drew kicked out of the End of Days first. But Corbin could not survive the Claymore. The whole match was booked for only eight minutes and honestly, it was quite disappointing.
