The triple threat match for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 38 was not very anticipated but everybody had high expectations from this match since these three are some of the best tag teams of WWE today. They are fighting in a stage like WrestleMania is definitely destined for something big.

A lot of fans were expecting to see a stipulated match, maybe a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match which would have been an excellent Nostalgia for the best pay per view event in professional wrestling history WrestleMania X-Seven. But instead we got a normal one fall match.

But it really did not matter as all these wrestlers are capable of giving great matches. Randy Orton had been the biggest name among all these wrestlers. Being a former 14 times World Champion, it was definitely a huge deal to work in a tag team match in WrestleMania after such a long time.

There were a number of rumours regarding this match like Randy Orton might betray his partner Riddle, even Riddle was being speculated as turning heel. Alpha Academy might have been the least favourite team to win this match. Moreover we were all expecting to see a great match.

This match turned out to be the opening match of the night 2 of WrestleMania 38, and of course, it was excellent match to start things off. The match started with a nice pace and from the very beginning of the match it kept the fans hooked with it. Otis had been presented as the power house in this match as expected.

Riddle took the most beating in this match, still, RK-Bro had been the most over team among the three. There were near falls in this match and this made the match really cool. There were ‘This is Awesome!’ chants as well. Randy Orton pinned Chad Gable with the RKO for the win. The whole match was booked for eleven minutes.

After the match, Street Profits and RK-Bro attempted to celebrate with Gable Steveson but Chad Gable interfered and slapped Steveson. In reply Steveson nailed Gable with a Belly to Belly Suplex.
