It seems like both the champion and the challenger at the WWE Women’s World Championship match at Wrestlemania 40 will get special treatment while entering the ramp. Previously, Becky Lynch confirmed that something special was in store for her entrance at the biggest premium live event of the year and now it seems that her opponent Rhea Ripley will also be having something special.

PWInsider Elite is reporting that metalcore band Motionless In White is in Philadelphia for the WrestleMania 40 weekend and they are likely set to play Ripley’s theme song “Demon In Your Dreams” for which Chris Motionless provided the vocals. The performance will be seen before Ripley’s match against “The Man” Becky Lynch on Night One of the two-night extravaganza.

MAMI of Judgment Day told Wrestling Inc at last year’s WrestleMania that she was trying to secure such a performance in the future but the band was unable to appear at the show since they were in Germany at the time.

It was back at WrestleMania 39 that Ripley won the Women’s World Championship dethroning then Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Heading into Wrestlemania 40, she has now held the title for a full year, but now she has a tough former champion standing against her in the form of Lynch. Besides Ripley is also entering the title match with wrist issues and other lingering problems after working through a full-time schedule.

Becky Lynch weighs in Rhea Ripley before Wrestlemania 40 matchup

In the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match for an opportunity to the Women’s World Championship Match, Becky Lynch defeated Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Naomi, and Raquel Rodriguez to solidify her spot at Wrestlemania 40. Later that night, Rhea Ripley also defeated Nia Jax to retain her title to confirm her matchup with THE MAN at the Show of Shows.

Going into one of the biggest title matches of her WWE career, Becky Lynch was featured in an interview with SHAK Wrestling, and shared her candid thoughts on the reigning WWE Women’s World Champion at Wrestlemania 40.

“She is good. She’s got that particular presence about her, but she’s been protected,” Lynch said. “I have never, ever, ever once been seen as that person that [officials have said] ‘Let’s strap a rocket to them and just let them go.’ I worked for it, I earned it.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
