WWE Night of Champions PLE took place this past week on Saturday. It is already being considered as one of the best events of 2023. Finally, WWE booked an excellent show for the Saudi Arabian audience unlike the previous years. Last year’s Elimination Chamber which also took place at Jeddah is already being considered as one of the worst events of 2023.
The event featured some excellent matches with one of the biggest plot twists of the year so far. There are definitely weak matches like the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship match between Rhea Ripley and Natalya which was nothing but a waste of time.

Wrestling Critic Dave Meltzer Publishes His Ratings For Night Of Champions Matches

Three Matches From Night Of Champions Received 4 Stars Or More From Dave Meltzer
Throughout the years, Meltzer faced massive criticism for being biased against WWE and a certain number of wrestlers, but his opinion is still considered as most valuable till date. He is working as a wrestling critics for over four decades and this was one of the biggest reasons why his opinion is valued so much.
Night of Champions might have failed to produce any five star match it was a very good event overall. The Tag Team Championship, The World Heavyweight Championship, and the match between Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes were really excellent.

But the best part of the event has to be The Bloodline drama where Jimmy Uso shocked the entire world when he nailed Roman Reigns with a Super Kick. It is already being compared to the amazing Royal Rumble showdown from earlier this year. Night of Champion was one of the best events of 2023 so far.
