WWE’s latest upcoming premium live event Hell in a Cell 2022 card continues to shape up less than just six nights of happening. During last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw, a mixed-gender, six-person tag match between The Judgment Day (Edge, Rhea Ripley, and Damian Priest) and AJ Styles, Finn Balor, & Liv Morgan has been announced for the event.
The two respective teams have been feuding over the last month since after Ripley joined The Judgment Day at Wrestlemania Backlash and blasted her former tag partner, Liv Morgan. Edge and AJ Styles were already in a feud since the Wrestlemania season. Since Damian Priest was assisting Edge, Finn Balor joined Styles to provide backup and thereby set this match up for Hell in a Cell 2022.

Theory will defend his WWE United States Championship at Hell in a Cell 2022 pay-per-view event. Last night’s episode of WWE Raw featured a match between Ciampa and Mustafa Ali with the stipulation that if Ali could pull off the victory, he would earn a future shot at the US Title. Ali won that match against Ciampa, but Theory then let him know that the US Title match was happening right then and there.

Theory would continue to deliver a beat down on Ali before the match began. Despite Ali’s fight-back, Theory would pick up the victory and retain his US Title over and weary Theory.
Then WWE Official Adam Pearce interrupted Theory’s celebration and explained that Vince McMahon liked the way how he opted to retain his title against Ali. However, The Boss also wanted to see a fair fight for the United States Championship and thus Ali will get another shot at the mid-card title at Hell in a Cell 2022. Theory wasn’t pleased with this news as the segment ended.
