For the second time, he and Shay Shariatzadeh got married in presence of their close friends and family in Vancouver. This occurs just 21 months after their courthouse wedding. The couple was already officially married and now they finally got the chance to celebrate with near and dear ones.
According to TMZ, John Cena and Shay Shariatzadeh got married at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, British Columbia. As noted, the couple has been married for nearly two years now, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, family and friends couldn’t attend their first wedding ceremony which took place in Tampa, Florida where Cena currently resides.

Shay was wearing a sleeveless white gown with an open back & floral appliqué accents and a pair of dazzling Jimmy Choo shoes. She put her hair up in a classic updo style for this special ceremony.

John Cena met with Shay and then started dating in February of 2019 after meeting at a restaurant in Vancouver as he was shooting for The Suicide Squad. After being together for a year, they were formally married on October 12, 2020, at a Hillsborough County, Florida courtroom. Nobody among them openly talked about marriage.
According to camera footage aired by Tampa TV station WFLA on October 9th, 2020, they have become husband and wife, that weekend as the pair was shown picking up their marriage license. Since then, The Peacemaker star kept his marriage a well-maintained secret. This was a big change in comparison to his previous relationship with Nikki Bella which was an open book.
John Cena was previously married in 2009 to Elizabeth Huberdeau, but the couple got divorced in 2012.
