John Cena and The Rock are the two iconic characters produced by the WWE who went on to become movie heroes, down the road. Cena’s role as the Peacemaker certainly established him as a Hollywood superstar so much that he currently has his own Peacemaker spinoff series. This project appeared to be DC’s best-reviewed project to date and a breakout hit on HBO Max.
As for The Rock, he’s often helmed as the biggest box office attraction in Hollywood and over the year, his projects have solidified this accolade. Now, he is coming back as a superhero, on-screen. The Black Adam character is said to be the strongest superhero in the DC Universe and he could be making his way to John Cena’s Peacemaker show.

The Cenation Leader recently took to social media on the official Peacemaker account and commented on the Black Adam trailer, as he claimed that he could take on Black Adam with the following comment,

John Cena and The Rock are on-screen superheroes in DC Universe
Recently, The Rock revealed the first proper trailer for Black Adam and it received an overwhelming response. The film was supposed to release in the summer but it got delayed to October. John Cena previously said that it would be an honor to have Black Adam onboard for the second season of Peacemaker and we’ll have to wait and see whether that eventually happens.

Apart from the DC Universe, John Cena has expressed his hope that he could take on the former WWE Champion on the silver screen in the Fast & Furious Universe, where he plays the role of Jakob Torreto while The Rock plays Luke Hobbs. The latter hasn’t been available onboard for the Fast franchise due to The Rock’s real-life issues with Fast prominent star Vin Diesel.
Inside the squared circle, John Cena and The Rock also share an illustrious rivalry. The two featured in the main event of Wrestlemania 28 and then in a rematch at Wrestlemania 29. Both the superstars secured single wins in those matches and in the process etched perhaps the greatest rivalry of all time. Cena is back to celebrate his 20th anniversary with the WWE while his adversary is expected to return at Wrestlemania 39.
