His diverse interests and abilities are the reasons why everybody seems to invest in him, so much. His in-ring return is still a long shot given his packed schedule in the movies.

The Rock indeed delivered the highest-grossing movie in Netflix history in 2021 via Red Notice while his other release Jungle Cruise was also a box office success. At present, the major Black Adam release is in the pipeline where he plays the most powerful superhero of all time, based on the DC Comics character.

Apart from the movies, The Rock and his partner Dany Garcia have been working on a re-launch of the XFL since buying the league from WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. Johnson hopes to use the momentums of the league before COVID-19 ceased its operations in 2020. The new version of the XFL is set to launch in the spring of 2023.
Via an Instagram post, The Rock declared in the recent past that the start of the XFL training camp will commence on January 3, 2023. The exact launch of the XFL league isn’t disclosed, as of now. 2023 is also the same year where the legend is speculated to make an in-ring return in WWE for Wrestlemania Hollywood but that remains a long-shot story.
