Mandy Rose won Women’s Title at Halloween Havoc

As noted, it was back at NXT Halloween Havoc special where Mandy Rose defeated Raquel Gonzalez to win the women’s title. The match was a “Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal” bout where Gonzalez gave it a spin and picked a Trick or Street Fight as the stipulation. Rose then got the pinfall win via Dakota Kai’s interference.
