WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns missed featuring in action in his scheduled title match against Brock Lesnar due to COVID-19. However, he returned to the WWE, sooner than later on the very next episode of Smackdown and also started builds for the upcoming Wrestlemania match against the new WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.
Then Roman Reigns returned to action in recent house show events of the WWE. He was there in the main event of this past Sunday’s WWE Supershow in Boston, Massachusetts.
From that night, a video clipping went viral where the top superstar seemingly broke his villainous on-screen character as he thanked the fans who attended the show at TD Garden.
“I’d like to take this time to thank you guys for coming out,” Roman Reigns said. “We all know what’s going on with this pandemic. I just want you all to stay safe. I want you to protect yourselves so that we can see you all next time. Also, goodnight and thank you.”
