The Usos have become the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions at WWE Money In The Bank 2021 pay-per-view event. The kick-off pre-show of the night saw Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso become the new champions by defeating the defending champions, Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio. That being said, Usos are now overall seven-time tag team champions in WWE history.

The match ended with Jimmy Uso pinning Rey Mysterio with a roll-up, as Jey reinforced the pin from the apron which the referee never saw. This happened right after Dominik Mysterio was taken out at ringside. With this title change at WWE Money in the Bank 2021, all the Bloodline members, The Usos, and Roman Reigns will be featuring as champions on the SmackDown brand.

Another big title change went down at WWE Money in The Bank 2021, the first PPV event in front of the fans since WrestleMania 37 as Charlotte Flair has become your new WWE RAW Women’s Champion. During the PPV, Flair defeated Rhea Ripley in a singles contest to become the new holder of the strap and thereby The Queen of the Raw Women’s Division.

The match ended after Charlotte Flair trapped Ripley’s leg between the ring post and the steel steps. Flair then kicked the steps into Ripley’s leg a few times to hurt those legs which were already bruised with a sudden attack from this week’s Raw. Flair then brought Ripley back into the ring to apply the Figure Four and then a bridge to transform into a Figure Eight. Ripley had to tap out for the finish.

At WrestleMania Backlash, Flair and Ripley had a title match encounter which ended in the latter’s favor as she opted to get herself disqualified. This, in turn, set up the rematch at Money in the Bank 2021. Thus Flair begins her 5th reign with the red brand title, leveling herself with Sasha Banks, the other 5-time Raw Women’s Champion. Ripley won the strap back on April 11 during Night Two of WrestleMania 37, by defeating Asuka. She held the title for 98 days before dropping it to Flair.
