Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins won the main event of WWE Extreme Rules against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans. It was a Mixed Tag Team match where both the Universal and Raw women’s titles were on the line. Despite winning the match, only one of the winners could come out with her belt and that was Becky Lynch. But she might have suffered an injury, too at that night.

Big Update On Finn Balor Quitting WWE In Future

It was an Extreme Rules match for the men and women’s division championships at the PPV. It ensured that all the tools used during the match would be fully legal. Interestingly, those weapons might have been the reason why Becky Lynch had to leave the Wells Fargo Center with an injury. It’s pretty unfortunate but he may not have to miss action due to this.

Becky Lynch still is the reigning WWE Raw Women’s champion but not free from injury at this point courtesy of her opponent, Lacey Evans. As noted by sources, The Man legit hurt herself on the head during the Mixed Tag Team match. She may not be missing action hinting that this weekend’s live events might witnesse her in action.

But that does not mean that WWE does not have to worry about Lacey Evans and her work ethics. From the get-go, this woman has proved to be an unsafe worker. Last week, she hurt Becky Lynch on two occasions in a gap of just six days. On Monday night, she delivered a stiff punch on the champ’s face whereas, on Sunday’s PPV, she caused a bump spot on her forehead.

A fan posted a broader picture on the internet that showed a close shot of Becky’s face. The assumption is that an accidental chair shot from Lacey Evans at Extreme Rules has caused that. But being a tough woman, she never showed it and rather helped her boyfriend to walk into the locker room after Brock Lesnar took away his championship cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase.

The injury must be the reason why Becky Lynch did not feature in competition on this past episode of Monday Night Raw. But she was there in a confrontation segment with Natalya, the new number one contender for the Raw women’s championship. WWE has already booked these two for the 32nd episode of Summerslam which is a bright indication that the champion will be good to go by then.
